Abstract

By adding 4 percent of bamboo charcoal component in the feed, the content of the unsaturated fatty acid in the muscles of the red tilapia can be significantly increased; and by feeding and contrasting the red tilapia with the feed provided by the invention, a result shows that the feed capable of increasing the content of the unsaturated fatty acid in the muscles of the red tilapia and the feeding method of the feed can increase content of the unsaturated fatty acid in the muscles of the red tilapia by 2.3 percent or more.
