The pipe column device includes a sieve tube arranged in a horizontal well section, a water injection pipe, a short pipe and a temperature test tube, wherein the water injection pipe, the short pipe and the temperature test tube are arranged in the sieve tube; a sieve hole is formed in the sieve tube, and the temperature test tube is internally provided with several thermoelectric pairs used for monitoring the temperature of the horizontal well section; the water-injection regulating valve is arranged on the ground and used for adjusting the water injection amount of the water injection pipe; a temperature controller isarranged on the ground and connected with the thermoelectric pairs, and when the temperature of the horizontal well section is not in a preset temperature range, the temperature controller controls the regulating degree of the water-injection regulating valve to adjust the water injection amount of the water injection pipe, so that the temperature is in the preset temperature range.
