Abstract

The invention provides a method for classifying abnormal chemical single elements containing constraint SVM. The method comprises the steps that sampling data in a range to be classified is preprocessed to obtain a training data set; constraint conditions are added into the training data set to obtain the training data set containing the constraint conditions; normalization processing is conductedon the training data set containing the constraint conditions, and the normalized training data set containing the constraint conditions is used for training an SVM classifier; an optimal kernel function of the SVM classifier is obtained to obtain an optimal SVM classifier; the optimal SVM classifier is used for conducting linear classification on the training data set; a complete geochemical single element abnormity map is generated according to linear classification results.
