Abstract

The invention relates to a turrinella terebra tail removing device and a tail removing method thereof. The turrinella terebra tail removing device comprises a machine frame, a conveying mechanism, a turrinella terebra sweeping mechanism, a tail removing mechanism, a turrinella terebra propping mechanism and a collecting mechanism, wherein the tail removing mechanism comprises tail removing cuttersand a lifting platform; the turrinella terebra propping mechanism is provided with high-pressure spray nozzles; a collecting bin comprises a turrinella terebra tail bin and a tail-removed turrinellaterebra bin; and turrinella terebra holes of which the sizes are gradually changed are formed in a conveyor belt. When the head of turrinella terebra firstly enters the turrinella terebra holes and the turrinella terebra is transported to a roller brush, the turrinella terebra is swept back by the roller brush and cannot pass through the turrinella terebra holes; when the turrinella terebra of which the tail firstly enters the turrinella terebra holes arrives at the corresponding tail removing cutter through the roller brush, the tail removing cutters are driven to lift by the lifting platform, and each tail removing cutter is closed to cut off the tail of the turrinella terebra; and the cut-off turrinella terebra tails fall into the turrinella terebra tail bin, when the turrinella terebraof which the tail is cut off is transported to a position below the high-pressure spray nozzles through the conveyor belt, the high-pressure spray nozzles jet high-pressure water columns, the turrinella terebra is rinsed out of the turrinella terebra holes, and the turrinella terebra which is rinsed out of the turrinella terebra holes falls into the tail-removed turrinella terebra bin.
