Abstract

The invention discloses a new method for using overexpression IL8RA / B to promote mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to directionally move towards injured blood vessel endothelium. The MSCs load the IL-8 (interleukin-8) receptor A / B, a series of experiments prove that the proliferation ability of hUC-MSCs which overexpress the IL-8RA / B is not influenced, the homing ability and the abilities of neutralizing neutrophile granulocytes and attaching to the injured blood vessel wall are obviously enhanced, the hUC-MSCs which overexpress the IL-8RA / B can be replaced to be used for repairing the injured blood vessel endothelium. The recombinant adenovirus for the research transfects the hUC-MSCs to overexpress the IL-8RA / B, the in-vitro experiment is used for exploring the influence on the biological characteristics of the hUC-MSCs by the overexpression IL-8RA / B so as to provide powerful basis for research on the later disease treatment by the cells.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology and relates to a new method for promoting mesenchymal stem cells to move toward damaged vascular endothelium by overexpressing IL8RA / B. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of living standards, the incidence of various cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis (AS) is also increasing year by year, percutaneous transvascular coronary angioplasty (PTCA), stent implantation and intima The clinical application of interventional therapy such as stripping is more and more extensive. However, postoperative vascular restenosis has always been one of the problems after cardiovascular disease treatment, so it has become the focus of cardiovascular disease research. A large number of animal experiments and clinical studies have shown that vascular endothelial injury is one of the main pathophysiological basis of restenosis and atherosclerosis after PTCA, and also the common pathophysiologica...
