Abstract

The invention discloses a torsion spring angle and torque testing system, which comprises a torsion spring fixing plate (4), a torsion spring pressing plate (7), a mandrel (1), a torsion spring bush (3) and a torsion tester, wherein both the torsion spring fixing plate (4) and the torsion spring pressing plate (7) are provided with through holes; the mandrel (1) passes through the through holes; the mandrel (1) is connected with the torsion tester; one end of the mandrel (1) is provided with a dial scale (6); the other end of the mandrel (1) is provided with a rotating shaft (10); the rotatingshaft (10) is provided with a dialing rod (8); the dialing rod (8) is contacted with the bottom part of the torsion spring pressing plate (7); and one sides, close to the dial scale (6), of the torsion spring fixing plate (4) and the torsion spring pressing plate (7) are provided with sharp corners. According to the torsion spring angle and torque testing system disclosed in the invention, through effects of the torsion spring pressing plate and the torsion spring fixing plate, the angle and the torque of the torsion spring can be measured at the same time, and the state of the torsion springcan be stored.
