The invention provides a cultivation method of Melastoma dodecandrum turf, comprising: spreading nonwoven on a cultivation bed, covering the nonwoven with cultivating soil 2.5 cm thick, evenly sowingcut segments of Melastoma dodecandrum into the cultivating soil, and covering the cut segments with cultivating soil 2.0 cm thick, wherein the nonwoven helps roots of Melastoma dodecandrum to tangle with soil and form a separation layer with a hard ground, and turf forming and reeling are facilitated; after about half month when the cut segments of Melastoma dodecandrum emerge and coverage reaches30-40%, applying dilute compound fertilizer once; when the cut segments of Melastoma dodecandrum emerge and coverage reaches 95% and above, transplanting Melastoma dodecandrum. The Melastoma dodecandrum turf cultivated herein can be rolled up like a carpet without damaging seedlings; spread-planting is simple and is not limited to seasons; blank land intervals can be utilized, and the land can befully utilized; turf forming speed is high, about 100 days, and 2-3 batches can be produced per year; producing can be done with substrates and the like, land is saved, and the environment is protected.
