The invention provides a technique for combining joint needle coke and light oil products, comprising the following steps that: firstly, thermal pretreatment of hydrocarbon raw materials is performed, and rapid cracking reaction compositions and rapid condensation reaction compositions are respectively cracked and condensed into light oil fractions (with a distillation range of 360 DEG C below zero) and heavy residual fuel oil (with a distillation range of 540 DEG C); secondly, the needle coke is prepared by delayed coking of residual hydrocarbon-enriched vacuum gas oil fractions (with a distillation range of between 360 and 540 DEG C), wherein, the heavy residual fuel oil obtained during the process of thermal pretreatment is taken as common delayed coking mixing feeding materials, and the light oil fractions obtained during the two stages can be distilled so as to obtain gasoline and diesel oil fractions with high added-value. The hydrocarbon raw materials used comprise mixture of one type or a plurality of types among virgin wax oil, coked wax oil, dense oil, atmospheric and vacuum residue, ethylene char oil an so on. The combination technique is characterized by mild thermal pretreatment condition (with a reaction temperature of between 380 and 495 DEG C). The technique has the advantage of simultaneously enlarging the source of needle coke raw materials and the means of converting heavy inferior raw oil into light inferior raw oil.

According to the method, generally-used medium material PP is adopted; through the improvement of the SAP technical method, the chemical activity of the surface of the PP is improved, electroless copper plating is directly conducted on the surface of the PP, the binding force of an electroless copper plating layer is improved, so that the SAP machining requirements of the fine circuit are satisfied, and meanwhile the technical cost of the substrate is reduced to a great extent.
