This invention relates to the field of
fluorescence sensing materials technology, specifically to a biporous cationic
covalent organic framework material, its preparation method, a ratiometric fluorescent probe, and its applications. The unit
cell parameters of the biporous cationic
covalent organic framework material are: a = 72.3305 Å, b = 72.3305 Å, c = 3.7877 Å, α = β = 90.000°, γ = 120.000°; its structure is shown in Formula I. This invention utilizes the strong
electrostatic interaction between the nanoscale pore wall
ion sites of the biporous cationic
covalent organic framework material and the charged groups of fluoroquinolone
antibiotics, combined with a spatial matching effect, to achieve
highly selective recognition of FQs.
