The obtained titanium dioxide belongs to anatase polycrystal and consists of 5-10nm of particles; the isoelectric point of titanium dioxide is 6.3; when the pH value is less than 5 or more than 6.5, the absolute value of the Zeta potential is more than 30 millivolts; the weight percentage of titanium dioxide is 0.1%-50%, the aqueous dispersion can remain stable for at least 48 hours; and the pollutants can be completely degraded in 1 hour under the simulated sunlight.
