Problems solved by technology

No matter which one is, it will cause damage to the environment due to the complicated removal of impurities.
Therefore, this contradictory relationship of "using resources to destroy the environment, or not using resources to protect the environment" has become a scientific bottleneck in the development and utilization of resources.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing basic magnesium bromide whiskers by utilizing seawater or salt lake bittern. The method comprises the following steps: taking V1 volume of bittern, and filtering the bittern to remove insoluble substances; uniformly mixing a 2.7-3.3 mol/L NaBr solution and a bittern solution in a volume ratio of (0.90-1.2):1 to prepare a basic mixed solution; taking V2 volume of the basic mixed solution, keeping the constant temperature of 27-33 DEG C, and slowly dropping V3 volume of a 0.72-0.88 mol/L NaOH solution in a stirring state; and aging the mixed systemfor 140-160h at the constant temperature of 27-33 DEG C, performing filtration, collecting precipitates, and performing drying in an oven to obtain the basic magnesium bromide whiskers, wherein the ratio of V1 to V2 to V3 is 6:3:1. A lot of high-quality basic magnesium bromide whiskers are prepared only by virtue of self-cleanness of the whiskers in preparation processes, many impurity removal steps are omitted, and thus the whole preparation processes can not generate waste residues, wastewater and waste gas, have no noise, can not influence the ecological balance and can not cause any pollution or public nuisance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of salt chemical industry. More specifically, it relates to a method for preparing basic magnesium bromide whiskers by using seawater or salt lake bittern. Background technique [0002] Bittern is a by-product of the seawater or salt lake salt industry that contains high concentrations of valuable minerals such as potassium, magnesium, bromine and sulfate. At present, the process of preparing basic basic magnesium bromide whiskers by using seawater or salt lake bittern needs to go through a complicated impurity removal process. Researchers focus on how to remove bittern impurities first, and then prepare the expected material, or remove impurities while preparing, or firstly prepare crude products, and then remove impurities, etc. No matter what kind it is, it will cause damage to the environment due to the complicated removal of impurities. Therefore, this contradictory relationship of "either using reso...
