The method comprises the following steps that: environment data collected by terminal devices from environments where the terminal devices are located are acquired; fusion processing is performed on the environmental data, the poses of the terminal devices are obtained, the three-dimensional models of the environments where the terminal devices are located are built based on the poses of the terminal devices and the environment data; and virtual reconstruction is performed on the three-dimensional models through using the AR technology, so that the virtual three-dimensional scenes of the environments where the terminal devices are located are obtained. According to the visual stereo modeling method and system, the fusion processing is performed on the environmental data collected by terminal devices, so that the virtual three-dimensional scenes can be obtained; the scenes perfectly integrate scene modeling with real environment data, and therefore, the display of the environments where the terminal devices are located is comprehensive and three-dimensional, users can directly, effectively, and comprehensively obtain the relevant information of the corresponding environments through the virtual three-dimensional scenes, and thus, problems existing in the prior art can be solved.
