Abstract

The invention designs a spectrum access method in a cognitive radio network based on machine learning. According to the method, the interference of an authorized user and a malicious intruder to a cognitive radio user is fully considered. The method does not depend on any infrastructure. The cognitive radio user can learn the optimal spectrum access method in different states through learning. Inthe method, the cognitive radio user can be accessed into a plurality of authorized frequency bands at the same time. Due to the heterogeneity of a wireless communication network, the authorization frequency bands which can be accessed by different cognitive radio users are assumed to be different. The method is suitable for the real cognitive radio network. According to the method, the state of achannel can be accurately judged through a continuous learning process under a condition that the states of the authorized user and the malicious intruder are unknown to the cognitive radio user, sothat the optimal spectrum access method is selected to obtain the optimal communication performance.
