[0144] A two-step immunohistochemical kit (GTVision TM III) Staining ATG5 and FIP200 in it. Anti-ATG5 rabbit polyclonal antibody 10181-2-AP (Proteintech Group, Chicago, IL, USA) was used to detect ATG5.
