The system contains the following components by weight percent: 4%-8% of sodiumlauroyl sarcosine, 8%-12% of cocamidopropylamine oxide and 3% of alkyl glycoside, wherein the total use amount of sodium lauroyl sarcosine and cocamidopropylamine oxide is 16%; the pH value of the system is 5.2-5.8; and the solvent is water. The amino acid self-thickening system provided by the invention presents very excellent thickening performance when the total use amount of sodium lauroyl sarcosine and cocamidopropylamine oxide reaches 16% or above of the weight of the system and the use amount of alkyl glycoside reaches 30% or above of the weight of the system.
