Abstract

The energy-saving and environment-friendly building comprises a water storage base, waterguide pipes, wall plates, a solar cell panel, a water distribution tank and a ventilation device, wherein the multiple water guide pipes are circumferentially installed on the top outer ring of the water storage base, the upper ends of the water guide pipes are fixed at the bottom of the water distribution tank, a plurality of connecting pipes are installed between every two adjacent water guide pipes, the wall plates are cooperatively installed on the outer side of the water guide pipes correspondingly, the solar cell panel is installed at the upper end of the water distribution tank, a lighting lamp is arranged at the bottom of the water distribution tank, and the ventilation device is further installed on the wall plates. The ventilation device comprises a ventilation hole formed in thewall plates, a motor is installed in the ventilation hole through a bracket, blades are installed on a output shaft of the motor, and spiral heating wires are installed on branches of the bracket.
