Embodiment Construction

[0025] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0026] The invention provides a technical scheme: a silk regeneration method, comprising the following steps,

[0027] A, firstly collect leftovers and waste silk in the silk production process;

[0028] B, then use the collected waste as raw material to make paper pulp, then immerse in the mixed solution for 1-2h, and then squeeze to 2.6-2.8 times the pulp quality to generate alkali cellulose;

[0029] C, after crushing, aging, and adding sulfurized carbon to generate cellulose xanthate,...

Abstract

The invention discloses a silk regeneration method. The silk regeneration method comprises the following steps: A) collecting scraps as well as waste and old silk during a silk production process; B)producing the collected waste material as a raw material to paper meal; C) crushing and aging the material, adding carbon disulphide to generate cellulose sulfonate; D) aging viscose glue, and performing deaeration and filtering; E) coating silk staple fiber in the step D) with milk protein; F) performing cold air drying and drying the material by a cold air machine; G) reeling the material to a filament cake; and performing steps of washing, desulphurization, bleaching, oiling and drying to obtain the regenerated filament; and H) processing the regenerated filament to the silk. The silk chipcut in a weaving enterprise is recovered, then a silk product is made through re-processing, the source is saved, a whole process is simple, the economic cost is low, the processed product has the advantages of comfortable wearing, good hygroscopicity, good moisture releasability, sound absorption, and ultraviolet resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of new material textiles, in particular to a method for regenerating silk. Background technique [0002] Silk (sī chóu), a textile made of silk or synthetic fiber, rayon, short silk, etc.; a general term for fabrics woven or interwoven with silk or rayon. In ancient times, silk was a textile woven from silk (mainly mulberry silk, but also a small amount of tussah silk and cassava silk). Due to the expansion of textile raw materials in modern times, all textiles made of artificial or natural filament fibers can be called silk in a broad sense. The silk woven from pure mulberry silk is also called "real silk". Silk is a specialty of China. The working people in ancient China invented and produced silk products on a large scale, which opened up the first large-scale commercial exchange between the East and the West in the history of the world, known as the Silk Road in history. Since the Western Han Dynasty...
