Abstract

Embodiments of the invention provide a circuit for detecting the service life of a lamp tube, and a lamp. The lamp includes an electronic ballast and a lamp tube, and the electronic ballast includes abridge inverter circuit and a filter circuit. The bridge inverter circuit is used for converting a received DC voltage into an AC voltage. The filter circuit includes a first filter capacitor, a second filter capacitor and a filter inductor, wherein the first filter capacitor, the second filter capacitor and the filter inductor are connected in series, and the lamp tube is connected in parallel with the first filter capacitor. The filter circuit filters the AC voltage and supplies the filtered AC voltage to the lamp tube for operation. The first input end of the circuit is coupled between thefirst filter capacitor and the second filter capacitor, and the second input end is grounded and is used for measuring the average voltage value of the first input end, and outputting a detection voltage through the output end, wherein the detection voltage d is used for detecting whether the lamp tube has a rectifying effect or not. Through the above mode, the circuit can effectively detect rectifying effect happening when the service life of the lamp tube is finished, and timely reminds a user of replacing the lamp tube.
