The invention discloses a crop growth vigour prediction method based on a climate effect, which comprises the following steps of: (1) respectively establishing an expected region and a test region atadjacent geographic positions, and respectively planting crops; (2) recording growth periods of the crops and acquiring growth vigour data of different growth periods of expected crops and test crops;(3) acquiring plant height means and plant densities of the expected crops and the test crops; and (4) according to a difference between the plant height means of the test crops and the expected crops and a variance value between the plant densities of the test crops and the expected crops, evaluating a growth vigour condition of the crops. According to the invention, by changing climate conditions for growth of the crops, establishing the crop expected growth region and the crop test growth region, acquiring various feature parameters of the expected crops and the test crops, which reflect the growth vigour of the crops, and comprehensively analyzing the deviation degree of the crop parameters, the growth vigour condition of the crops is accurately obtained.
