Embodiment 1

[0029] Example 1, such as figure 1 , shown in 2, the present embodiment discloses a kind of antifouling test device based on water jet, and described device comprises support 1, and the water tank 2 is placed on the bottom of the support, and the water storage tank 6 is placed on the top floor, between the bottom and the top Two test cylinders 8 are clamped on the middle layer of the test cylinder, the test piece 10 is set at the bottom of the test cylinder and the test piece is sunk under the water surface of the water tank, and there is at least one test piece strip in the test piece of each test cylinder. The jet hole is opened at the top of the test cylinder, and a ball float valve 9 is set in the test cylinder, and the closing water level of this ball float valve is higher than the water level of the water tank; a filter device 3 and a water pump 4 are installed at a position below the water surface in the water tank, wherein the filter device of the filter device The fro...

Embodiment 2

[0036] Example 2, such as image 3 , As shown in 4, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the test device has four test cylinders, wherein A and C two test pieces have jet holes of different shapes and arrangements, and B and D two pieces do not. The float valves of the test tubes where the two test pieces A and B are located are at the same height from the water surface in the water tank, and the float valves of the test tubes where the two test pieces C and D are located are at the same height from the water surface in the water tank, so that they can be observed and compared after a period of time The adhesion of marine fouling organisms on the surfaces of four test pieces A, B, C, and D at different constant jet velocities.

Abstract

An antifouling testing device based on water jets and a testing method are disclosed. The device includes a rack. A water tank is disposed at the bottom layer of the rack, and a water storage tank isdisposed at the top layer of the rack. Two or more test tubes are clamped at the middle layer between the bottom layer and the top layer. The bottoms of the test tubes are provided with test sheets immersed into the water in the water tank. At least one of the test sheets in the test tubes is provided with jet holes. The test tubes have top openings and are provided with floating valves inside. The closing water level of the floating valves is higher than the water level in the water tank. A filter and a water pump are mounted below the water surface in the water tank. The testing device, based on the water jetting antifouling principle, prevents marine fouling organisms from being attached to the surface of the test sheet with the jet holes by utilizing water jetting functions, and sea water that is most abundant in the sea is adopted as a raw material so that energy consumption is low and an environment protection effect is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of antifouling test devices, in particular to a water jet-based antifouling test device and a test method in the field. Background technique [0002] Marine attached organisms, also known as marine fouling organisms, are the general term for various animals, plants, and microorganisms that adhere, grow, and reproduce on the surface of marine facilities such as ships or offshore platforms. There are about 650 species of fouling organisms found in China's sea area. These organisms are enriched on the surface of artificial underwater facilities, which will cause damage to marine facilities to a certain extent, and then affect human marine economic activities, thus forming pollution, that is, marine organisms defaced. There are many hazards of marine fouling organisms: for ships, it will increase the ship's navigation resistance, increase fuel consumption, and lead to increased economic costs; for offshore platforms, the...
