The invention discloses a UE access method, and the method comprises the steps that a DU receives an RRC (radio resource control) connection request message from UE; the DU sends an initial UE messagetransmission message to a CU through a user plane channel or a control plane channel between the DU and the CU; the DU receives a radio bearer configuration request message from the CU; the DU configures a resource according to the received information, and sends a radio bearer configuration response message to the CU; the DU receives a downlink RRC transmission message from the CU; the DU transmits the received RRC connection building message to the UE; the DU receives an RRC connection building completing message from the UE; the DU sends the received RRC connection building completing message to the CU through the control plane or a user plane.
