The device comprises a carrier gas sample introduction pipe, a liquid sample introduction pipe, a three-way cavity body and a connection mass spectrometer sample introduction pipe, wherein the carrier gas sample introduction pipe is connected with the three-way cavity body; the liquid sample introduction pipe is connected with the three-way cavity body; one end of the connection mass spectrometer sample introduction pipe is connected with the three-way cavity body, and the other end is connected with a vacuum cavity body of the mass spectrometer; the liquid sample introduction pipe is used for conveying a liquid sample to be detected; the carrier gas sample introduction pipe is used for conveying carrier gas; the carrier gas blows an outlet of the liquid sample introduction pipe, the included angle among extension lines of the carrier gas sample introduction pipe, the liquid sampleintroduction pipe and the connection mass spectrometer sample introduction pipe ensures that the liquid sample can be blown into the connection mass spectrometer sample introduction pipe by the carrier gas, and enters into the vacuum cavity body of the mass spectrometer by penetrating through the connection mass spectrometer sample introduction pipe.
