The invention provides a method for expanding propagation of a resurrection plant, and the method sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) taking the explant of the resurrection plant, culturing the explant on an induction culture medium, and differentiating to obtain buds; (2) takingthe buds obtained in the step (1), and culturing the buds obtained in the step (1) on a rooting culture medium to obtain rooted buds. The method further comprises the following steps: after the step (2) is completed, taking the rooted buds, transplanting the rooted buds to a seedling hardening substrate, and sequentially carrying out seedling hardening and cultivation.
