Abstract

The invention provides a radio frequency phase shifter. The radio frequency phase shifter includes multiple first transmission lines, multiple second transmission lines, multiple mixers and multiple couplers, wherein the multiple first transmission lines are sequentially connected to form a mother transmission line, the multiple second transmission lines are sequentially connected to form anothermother transmission line, the multiple first transmission lines and the multiple second transmission lines are in one-to-one correspondence, a coupler is connected between the two adjacent first transmission lines, a coupler is connected between the two adjacent second transmission lines, one mixer is connected between two corresponding couplers, when two input signals with different frequencies are transmitted on the two mother transmission lines, the multiple mixers arranged in sequence output a set of output signals having phase gradients. The radio frequency phase shifter is advantaged inthat the two different frequency input signals are aliased on a periodic node (mixer), a set of signals with the same frequency but with the phase gradients are generated, and the phase gradients canbe changed through changing the input frequency, and thereby the phase scanning function is realized.
