The method comprises the steps that a sendingdevice determines a first frequency domain bandwidth occupied by user data to be sent; the sending device selects a second frequency domain bandwidth occupied by the control information correspondingto the user data from candidate frequency domain bandwidth in the number of n (n is integer more than 1); the sending device sends control information to the receiving device based on the second frequency domain bandwidth; the receiving device determines the candidate frequency domain bandwidth in the number of n of the control information sent by the sending device; the receiving device conductsblind detection on the control information based on the candidate frequency domain bandwidth in the number of n. The invention is advantageous in that as the second frequency domain bandwidth occupiedby the control information is selected by the preset candidate frequency domain bandwidth with limited amount, the frequency domain position possibly occupied by the control information can be relatively limited, and the blind-detecting complexity for the receiving device to the control information can be reduced.
