Embodiment Construction

[0014] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention proposes a device for online measurement of axial shrinkage of heat-shrinkable tubes, which includes a speed sensor 1 before expansion, a speed sensor 2 after expansion, and a PLC (programmable logic controller) control system 3 .

[0015] The heat-shrinkable tube 100 before expansion enters from the tube inlet end of an expansion mold 200 , and the expanded heat-shrinkable tube 300 comes out from the tube outlet end of the expansion mold 200 .

[0016] The pre-expansion speed sensor 1 is fixed outside the tube inlet end of the expansion mold 200 and is located above the heat-shrinkable tube 100 before expansion.

[0017] The speed sensor 1 before expansion is used to measure the moving speed of the heat shrinkable tube 100 before expansion.

[0018] The speed sensor 2 after expansion is fixed outside the outlet end of the expansion mold 200 and located above the heat shrinkable tube 300 after expansion.

Abstract

The invention provides a device for online measuring the axial shrinkage percentage of a heat shrinking tube. The device comprises a speed sensor used before expansion, a speed sensor used after expansion and a PLC control system. The speed sensor used before expansion is fixed above the heat shrinking tube obtained before expansion and used for measuring the movement speed of the heat shrinking tube obtained before expansion. The speed sensor used after expansion is fixed above the heat shrinking tube obtained after expansion and used for measuring the movement speed of the heat shrinking tube obtained after expansion. The PLC control system is electrically connected with the speed sensor used before expansion and the speed sensor used after expansion. The speed sensor used before expansion can send two beams of coherent light to irradiate the surface of the heat shrinking tube obtained before expansion to be superposed to form an interference fringe. The PLC control system reads measured values of the speed sensor used before expansion and the speed sensor used after expansion regularly, and the axial shrinkage percentage of the heat shrinking tube is obtained after the measuredvalues are processed. The axial shrinkage percent of the heat shrinking tube can be continuously detected in the product expansion process, the detection mode is converted into online continuous non-contact measurement from sampling destructive measurement, and the abnormal detection capacity is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for online measuring the axial shrinkage rate of a heat-shrinkable tube. Background technique [0002] The current measurement method for the axial shrinkage of the heat shrinkable tube is: cut 150mm along the axial direction of the sample, soak it in glycerin at 140-150°C for 2 minutes to shrink, and use a steel ruler to measure the length L of the tube after it has completely shrunk, and the accuracy is 1mm. The shrinkage rate is the percentage of the ratio of the length change after shrinkage to the length before shrinkage. This measurement method is a destructive measurement, which is only suitable for sampling inspection and not suitable for continuous measurement, so product defects cannot be found in time. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an online measuring device that can continuously measure the axial shrinkage rate of the heat-shr...
