The system comprises a plurality of cabinets, a battery energy storage device and dispersed UPS devices, wherein one cabinet is correspondingly connected with one dispersed UPS device and one battery energy storage device, and each dispersed UPS device comprises a system power supply detection control module, a parallel switching device, a power supply output device, an AC/DC rectification device and a DC/AC inversion device. The parallel switching devices are used for switching between the commercial power supply and battery inversion power supply; the output ends of the parallel switching devices are connected with the power output devices, and the output ends of the power output devices supply power to loads in the cabinets; the system power supply detection control modules are used for detecting commercial power and controlling charging of the battery energy storage devices.
