According to the invention, the posterior pulse probability can be effectively reduced by only optimizing the parameters of the single-photon detector, and the dead time of the single-photon detector can be shortened so as to enable the single-photon detector to be applicable to an OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometry).
