The method mainly solves the problem that the existing reservoir earthquake prediction technology cannot perform effective prediction. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) carrying out attribute extraction on seismic data of a certain research area to obtain various seismic attributes; (2) producing a synthetic seismic record of wells in the research area, and respectively selecting a seismic attribute body with the best correlation with sandstone and a seismic attribute bodywith the best correlation with mudstone; (3) normalizing the comprehensive seismic attribute body according to the sandstone prediction capability of the comprehensive seismic attribute body; (4) establishing a time domain small-layer stratigraphic framework model of the research area by utilizing well layering data and seismic horizon data, and drawing a comprehensive seismic attribute plane graph of each small layer; and (5) for each small layer in the stratigraphic framework model, calibrating the comprehensive seismic attribute plane graph by using sandstone and mudstone data to obtain aseismic face plane graph reflecting the sandstone and mudstone prediction capability.
