Method and apparatus for class based transmission control of data connections based on real-time external feedback estimates obtained using messaging from a wireless network

A system of wireless network with capabilities of transporting data packets, wherein the data transmission activity of each data connection is determined using the localized air interface capacity threshold and available bandwidth estimates obtained via the messages sent by the wireless network (FIG. 3). The system provides a unique and efficient way of providing control over data packet transmissions over a wireless network. The localized wireless network capacity threshold and available bandwidth estimates are obtained via use of empirical formulae and are improved upon via the use of messaging obtained from the wireless network by the Bandwidth Estimator (302) (FIG. 5 and 6). The data transmission activity factors of all data connections are determined by the Bandwidth Estimator using the localized capacity threshold and available bandwidth estimates, along with the priority / class of traffic of specific data calls (FIG. 7). The data transmission activity factors are implemented using the transmission window size update and local queuing by the Data Controller (300) (FIG. 8). Various implementations and interconnectivities of the Bandwidth Estimator and Data Controller functions are outlined (FIGS. 9-13).

Method for Implementing and Integrating Biometric Markers, Identification, Real-Time Transaction Monitoring with Fraud Detection and Anti-Money Laundering Predictive Modeling Systems

A method for implementing and integrating biometrical markers, identification, real-time transaction monitoring with fraud detection and anti-money laundering predictive modeling systems as the means of identifying, measuring, detecting and reporting the importance assigned to each member of a population of transactions coupled with images of participants whereby a relationship exists, or groups of relationships, by and between the transactions and the persons identified in the images and/or being affected by at least one suspicious activity factor, transaction or pattern. According to the method, an image is captured and attached to a financial transaction. An identifier is assigned to each member of the image population of persons making transactions for the benefit of one or more financial accounts. The image is cross-referenced against a cloud-based relational database of identified images, known associate persons per images and notations to purported activities and potential risk factors. The cloud-based relational database stores the shared information with subscribers cooperating in the uploading, updating and notating to the identifier record.

Video steganography analysis method based on space-time domain local binary pattern

The invention discloses a video steganography analysis method based on a space-time domain local binary pattern. The video steganography analysis method includes step 1, classifying each frame in a video sequence to be analyzed by taking 8x8 blocks as a unit according to regional activity classifying standards; step 2, respectively establishing three-dimensional orthogonal planes, containing time-space coordinate axis, corresponding to classifying result, and making statistic analysis on LBP histograms of different three-dimensional orthogonal planes corresponding to each area in the classifying result; step 3, introducing a concept of activity factor, and enabling the activity factor and the corresponding LBP histograms to be in operation to acquire ST_LBP features; step 4, utilizing a Fisher Ratio method for feature selection, and realizing classifying recognition of steganographic information. Compared with the prior art, the video steganography analysis method has the advantages that by introducing the activity factor, interference, on detection result, caused by movement of an activity area object can be lowered, so that detection effectiveness is improved effectively; limitation of feature dimension is avoided, and valuing of radius R and field point number P in an LBP definition can be further expanded, so that relevance of space-time domain of the video sequence is utilized more effectively.

Method for co-production of 1,3-propanediol and glutamic acid through recombined corynebacterium glutamicum

The invention discloses a method for co-production of 1,3-propanediol and glutamic acid through recombined corynebacterium glutamicum. In order to obtain the recombined corynebacterium glutamicum, the method comprises the following steps that 1, the encoding gene of 1,3-propanediol dehydrogenase is introduced into the corynebacterium glutamicum; 2, 1,2-propanediol dehydratase and the encoding gene of an activity factor of the 1,2-propanediol dehydratase are introduced into the corynebacterium glutamicum, or glycerol dehydratase and the encoding gene of an activity factor of the glycerol dehydratase are introduced into the corynebacterium glutamicum. By the adoption of the method, the corynebacterium glutamicum is used as a production strain, so that the problem of biological safety is solved, and the thallus processing cost is lowered. According to the method, in the production process that the glutamic acid and the 1,3-propanediol are fully coupled, reducing power can be fully utilized. The yield of the glutamic acid is not lowered, and meanwhile extremely-high mass conversion rate of the 1,3-propanediol to glycerinum is obtained. Moreover, the number of reaction by-products is small, and the separating process is simple and convenient.
