specific Embodiment

[0054] The present embodiment provides a method for directly extracting irisinin from Pueraria japonica, comprising the following steps:

[0055] Step 1. Pueraria puerariae was crushed through a 60-mesh sieve, and 10g of pueraria puerariae powder was weighed and added to 267mL (1 / 40) of 1.5mol / L hydrochloric acid solution, then placed in a constant temperature water bath for hydrolysis for 6 hours, and the hydrolysis temperature was set at 90 ℃, centrifuge to obtain the lower sediment after hydrolysis;

[0056] Step 2. Wash the precipitate obtained in step 1 with distilled water until it is neutral, then add 200mL of 85% ethanol solution, extract at 60°C for 2 hours, centrifuge and discard the lower precipitate, and obtain the supernatant extract, that is, the ethanol extract ; and put the supernatant at 4°C, cool down for 4 hours, and centrifuge to obtain the supernatant;

[0057] Step 3. Concentrate the supernatant obtained in Step 2 to 20mL under reduced pressure, then add...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for directly extracting tectorigenin from lobed kudzuvine flowers. The method includes the steps: first, crushing the lobed kudzuvine flowers, sieving the lobed kudzuvine flowers by a 60-mesh sieve, weighing lobed kudzuvine flower powder, adding the powder into hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 0.1-2.0mol / L, placing the solution into a thermostatic water bath, performing hydrolysis for 2-6 hours, setting hydrolysis temperature to range from 50 DEG C to 90 DEG C and centrifuging the solution after hydrolysis to obtain lower precipitates; second, washing the precipitates with distilled water to be neutral, adding 200mL of 85% ethanol solution, performing extraction for 2 hours at the temperature of 60 DEG C and centrifugally abandoning thelower precipitates to obtain supernatant extracting solution; performing cryoprecipitation on the supernatant extracting solution at the temperature of 4 DEG C for 4 hours and performing centrifugation to obtain supernate; third, performing vacuum concentration on the obtained supernate to 10-20mL, adding obtained concentrated solution into 10 times of 70 DEG C distilled water, stirring and blending the concentrated solution and the distilled water, cooling mixture to room temperature, performing cryoprecipitation at the temperature of 4 DEG C for 12 hours, performing centrifugation to take precipitates, and freeze-drying the precipitates for 36 hours to obtain extracted powder, namely, the tectorigenin. The tectorigenin is directly extracted from the lobed kudzuvine flowers without tectoridin extraction steps, technologies are simple, and tectorigenin extraction rate is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of extracting plant medicinal components, in particular to a method for directly extracting irisinin from kudzu flowers. Background technique [0002] Isoflavones (isoflavoen) is a kind of phytoestrogen (phytoestrongen), has estrogen-like or anti-estrogen effect, known as natural selective estrogen receptor modulator, plays an important protective role in human health. Isoflavones have few side effects, are safe and reliable, have various biological activities, and have broad application prospects. However, the separation and purification process of isoflavones is cumbersome, time-consuming and laborious, and often requires a variety of toxic organic solvents, which not only increases the cost of drugs, but also brings more or less pollution to the environment, which limits the isoflavones to a certain extent. Development and application of flavonoids. [0003] Isoflavones are widely distributed in the pla...
