Abstract

The invention discloses an oxidation resistance and blood sugar level decrease spectrum-efficiency relationship-based longan leaf chemical composition evaluating method. According to the oxidation resistance and blood sugar level spectrum-efficiency relationship-based longan leaf chemical composition evaluating method, the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of the different polar parts of a longan leaf isestablished, and common characteristic peaks are calibrated; and the oxidation resistance and blood sugar level decrease effects of chemical compositions in the longan leaf are evaluated through a spectrum-efficiency mathematical analysis model. The method has the advantages of convenience, simplicity, high objectivity, high reproducibility and clear characteristic peaks. With the method adopted,the chemical compositions in the longan leaf which have the oxidation resistance and blood sugar level decrease effects can be quickly and accurately evaluated, a scientific and effective method can be provided for longan leaf pharmacodynamic material basis research and quality control, and reference can be provided for the further development of longan leaf medicines or health care food which have oxidation resistance and blood sugar level decrease effects.
