Abstract

The SNP marker comprises at leastone of three SNP molecular marker bodies, namely SNPs of the 501st position in the SEQ ID NO:1, the 501st position in the SEQ ID NO:2 or the 501st position in the SEQ ID NO:3. The detection method includes: extracting a biomphalaria sample DNA; performing PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification and single base extension on target genes of sample DNA to form sample analytes; performing cocrystallization of sample analytes and matrixes of mass spectrometry chips and detecting the SNPs of the target genes to achieve precise typing of the different SNPs. By the above method, SNP typing information of the different positions can be acquired rapidly and accurately, and reliable reference information is provided for subsequent correlation research. The biomphalaria from the different areascan be distinguished according to the SNP chips of the positions, and rapid tracing detection is realized.
