Abstract

The invention provides a device and method for treating kitchen waste with rural domestic sewage. The device comprises a water storage tank, an AAO system, a secondary sedimentation tank, a fermentation tank, a fermented mixture refluxing system, a secondary effluent drainage system and a sludge drainage system, wherein the water storage tank is communicated with the AAO system, and the AAO systemis communicated with the secondary sedimentation tank; a water outlet is formed in the secondary sedimentation tank, and is used for draining secondary effluent in the secondary sedimentation tank; akitchen waste pretreatment tank is arranged in the fermentation tank, and is used for pretreating kitchen waste; and pretreated kitchen waste is released into fermentation mixture in the fermentationtank and is fermented.
