Abstract

The high-accuracy thread self-locking-type hydraulic jack comprises a base, a first oil cylinder, a second oil cylinderand a contracting brake, wherein the first oil cylinder and the second oil cylinder are correspondingly mounted at the two ends of the base, a first piston is movably mounted in the first oil cylinder, an operating handle is fixedly connected to the upper end of the first piston, the second oil cylinder is composed of an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder, the contracting brake is mounted at the upper end of the second oil cylinder, and the contracting brake is composed of a front shell, a rear shell and an air cylinder. According to the high-accuracy thread self-locking hydraulic jack, thefront shell and the rear shell are closely attached tothe second piston through the action of the air cylinder, and thus an outer thread meshes with an inner thread to complete the self-locking process of the threads; and therefore, when applied variableforce exceeds the load-bearing capacity of the hydraulic jack due to uncontrollable variables existing in civil construction, a piston ejector rod in the hydraulic jack does not fall back based on the self-locking function of the threads of the contracting brake, and a safe and stable environment is provided for civil construction.
