Abstract

The invention discloses a research device for toxicological effects of pollutants on fish, comprising a tank body, wherein the tank body is internally provided with a raw material zone, a mixing zone,a diffusion zone, a steady flow zone, an exposed zone and a water collecting zone along the water flow direction; the exposed zone comprises a front water filter plate vertically arranged in the tankbody, a flow rate control plate, a partition plate and a drive device connected to a moving plate; the partition plate divides the exposed zone into a plurality of side-by-side sub-exposed zones; theflow rate control plate consists of a plurality of a sub-flow rate control plates which are independently controlled and corresponding to the corresponding sub-exposed zones, and each sub-flow rate control plate comprises a fixed plate and the moving plate that can move relative to the fixed plate; the fixed plate and the moving plate are provided with water-permeable holes at corresponding positions. According to the research device of the invention, the flow rate control of each sub-exposed zone is realized by setting the flow rate control plate, which is convenient for studying the toxicological effects of the pollutants on fish under the changes of the flow rate; the uniformity of the water quality is realized and the errors caused by the concentration difference of exposures enteringdifferent sub-exposed zones are avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ecotoxicology, and in particular relates to a research device for toxicological effects of pollutants on fish. Background technique [0002] Persistent Toxic Substances (PTS) refer to those pollutants that are persistent, bioaccumulative, long-distance environmental mobility, and toxic. There are many kinds of persistent toxic substances, including heavy metals and their compounds, inorganic non-metallic compounds, persistent organic pollutants, etc. It is difficult to eliminate persistent toxic pollution through purification, and there are also great differences in the pollution of different species by chemicals. Such substances will produce bioaccumulation effects in organisms, affect the normal maintenance of organisms, and can accumulate in the food chain, affecting organisms with higher trophic levels. Many PTS pollutants have a variety of acute and chronic toxicity, as well as "three causes" toxicity of ter...
