Abstract

The copper dissolving tank comprises a liquid spraying bin, a stirring bin and a liquid discharging valve which are connected in sequence, and further comprises a driving mechanism. The copper dissolving tank has the beneficial effects that the stirring operation and the liquid discharging operation are actually controlled through one and the same motor, and the resource distribution for a stirring shaft and the liquid discharging valve can be achieved through a clutch; a shielding ring in the liquid spraying bin is used for shielding liquid feeding pipes, so that dust and other impurities can be prevented from entering the liquid spraying bin during the off-work process as well as an acid liquid canbe prevented from flowing back into sulfuric acid liquid spraying pipes; the liquid discharging valve is controlled through control arms, so that the transverse rotation of a gear plate used for transferring the motor can be converted into the turning of a valve; and the entire copper dissolving tank takes both the sulfuric acid liquid spraying operation and the reaction liquid stirring operationinto account, and the rotation switchover between the stirring shaft and the valve is performed through an air cylinder, so that the copper dissolving efficiency can be effectively improved.
