The method comprises the steps as follows: (1) construction of a domestication pond: a domestication field with underground spring water as a water source for construction of the domestication pond; (2) domestication of parent fish: sinocyclocheilus huizeensis in a cold water cave of Huize county Bridgeis selected as parent fish, and the parent fish is transported to the domestication pond by an oxygen bag after collection for domestication; (3) artificial spawning induction: after the parent fishis domesticated in the domestication pond for 3-4 years, parent fish with mature gonad can be selected for artificial spawning induction; (4) artificial fertilization; (5) debonding: after the artificial spawning induction, yellow mud water is poured into a basin to perform debonding treatment on fertilized ova, and the fertilizer ova are rinsed with clear water after debonding treatment; (6) artificial incubation: the debonded fertilized ova are drifted and hatched by a running water incubator.
