The sound control device controls the sound wave emitting device to output a noise reduction wave whose phase is opposite to that of the noise reduction current signal. Since the starting angles of the noise reduction wave and the noise sound wave are equal and the phases are opposite, the noise sound wave after the noise reduction wave and the noise sound wave are superimposed decreases or disappears.
