The method is applied to a system which includes an ETC wireless communication device, an onsite application service device, an ETC vehicle-mounted device and a vehicle-mounted man-machine interaction device, and the ETC vehicle-mounted device and the vehicle-mounted man-machine interaction device are installed in a vehicle. The onsite application service device collects application service information and sends the application service information to one or more ETC wireless communication devices; the ETC wireless communication device sends the received application service information to one or multiple ETC vehicle-mounted devices; the ETC vehicle-mounted device sends the received application service information to the vehicle-mounted man-machine interaction device which has established communication connection with the ETC vehicle-mounted device in advance; and the vehicle-mounted man-machine interaction device displays the application service information in a display interface.
