The calibration device is capable of independently calibrating the direct-current voltage transformer secondary measurement system under the condition that high voltage is not applied to a primary busbar side of a direct-current voltage transformer, so that the potential safety hazards caused by long-term operation of a direct-current high-voltage power supply at rated voltage are avoided, and the field calibration operation efficiency of the direct-current voltage transformer is greatly improved.
