The vehicle-mounted charging device comprises a main control unit, an AC-DC converter and a DC-DC converter,wherein the AC-DC converter is connected with an alternating-current power grid and the DC-DC converter, and is used for converting the alternating current output by the alternating-current power gridinto primary direct current and the outputting primary direct current to the DC-DC converter; the main control unit is connected with an external system, the AC-DC converter and the DC-DC converter,and is used for collecting alternating current, primary direct current and target direct current, receiving control signals output by the external system, and generating a first switch control instruction according to the control signals, the alternating current, the primary direct current and the target direct current to control the DC-DC converter; the external system comprises a battery management system and /or a complete machine control system; the DC-DC converter is connected with the AC-DC converter and a battery and is used for converting the primary direct current into a target directcurrent according to the first switch control instruction and outputting the target direct current to the battery; and the DC-DC converter comprises a bridge arm module, wherein the bridge arm modulecomprises a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm and a third bridge arm.
