Abstract

The invention discloses two radix-aconiti-carmichaeli alkaloid combined drugs for treatment of liver cancer, and provides preparation methods of the drugs and the application of the drugs in treatmentof the liver cancer. The combined drugs include radix-aconiti-carmichaeli total alkaloids or aconitine, an antioxidant (taurine) and a TLR3 ligand (PolyIC). The drugs have the advantages that the provided two radix-aconiti-carmichaeli alkaloid combined drugs effectively inhibit the growth of the cancer and promote the proliferation of lymphocytes, especially T lymphocytes , the PolyIC and the taurine promote the release of IFN-alpha, the combination of the PolyIC, the taurine and the radix-aconiti-carmichaeli alkaloids helps maintain the release of the IFN-alpha, and thus the anti-tumor effect is ensured.
