Problems solved by technology

The traditional storage of Ling seeds of Chuanxiong is to pack the harvested Ling stalks into bundles and store them vertically in a cool and ventilated room. This kind of natural storage of Ling seeds is not easy to store for a long time; at present, it is used in the dam area in Pengzhou, Shifang and other places where Chuanxiong is mainly produced. Self-propagating Ling seeds are used as germplasm resources. This method of field preservation has the problems of time-consuming, laborious and consumable materials.
There is little research on the storage of Rhizoma Chuanxionglingling species

Embodiment 1

[0017] 1 Materials and methods

[0018] 1.1 Materials

[0019] Fresh baling seeds of Rhizoma Chuanxiong collected in Shifang.

[0020] 1.2 Method

[0021] The harvested fresh Ba Ling seeds remove the invalid Ling seeds at the top of the stalks and the rhizomes immediately after, and the 1st to 2nd stem nodes that are dark brown or cut the stems into 3-4cm long Ling seeds, divide the Ling stems and Ling seeds The seeds are divided into four equal parts, each 5 kg.

[0022] Adopt normal temperature and cool (about 15 ℃, relative humidity 60%), seed storage box (4 ℃, relative humidity 45%), and carry out refrigeration method (2 ℃, relative humidity 85%) in refrigerator to store respectively.

[0023] The water content, total superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), proline (PRO), malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble protein, , the germplasm germplasm is measured, and the specific assay method is as follows: water content of Ling seeds (GB / T3543.6-1995 drying and weight loss me...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for low-temperature refrigerated storage of ligusticum wallichii seeds. Three ligusticum wallichii seed storage methods are adopted to store ligusticum wallichii stemsand seeds respectively, and the optimal storage method of ligusticum wallichii stems and seeds is screened as a low-temperature refrigeration method through comparative study on the moisture contentof a node disc, the activity of five enzymes and the germination condition of germplasm in the storage period of the ligusticum wallichii stems and the ligusticum wallichii seeds. The soluble proteincontent, POD, MDA and PRO of the refrigerated storage method for 50 d storage are higher than those of a seed storage box and shady and cool storage (except that the SOD enzyme is lower than that of the shady and cool storage). Therefore, the low-temperature refrigerated storage method (at the temperature of 0-4 DEG C and with relative humidity of 80-85%) can effectively maintain the activity of the three enzymes of the ligusticum wallichii seeds, and has no influence on the activity of the ligusticum wallichii seeds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medicaments, and relates to a low-temperature cold storage method for Rhizoma Chuanxiong Lingzhong. Background technique [0002] In the production of Chuanxiong, the enlarged above-ground nodes (Lingzhong or Xionglingzi) are used as propagation materials. This method of field preservation has the problems of time-consuming, laborious and material consumption. There is little research on the storage of Rhizoma Chuanxiong Lingzhong. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is...
