Abstract

The invention discloses screening and application of eggplant SSR molecular marker core primers; the eggplant SSR molecular marker core primer set includes 17 pairs of SSR molecular marker core primer pairs. The present invention screens out eggplant SSR primers that are stable, reliable, and highly polymorphic by extracting the DNA and SSR-PCR of eggplant core germplasms with large differences in traits; 106 eggplant cultivar resources are paired with 17 pairs of SSR primers screened by the present invention The analysis was carried out; the similarity calculation and cluster analysis showed that the 17 pairs of primers screened could identify eggplant varieties accurately and efficiently; and then laid the foundation for the application of SSR molecular marker technology in eggplant germplasm genetic relationship analysis and variety identification.
