Abstract

An embodiment of the invention provides an image reconstruction method and device, a console device and a PET (positron emission tomography) system. According to the embodiment, first scanning data corresponding to a Compton scattering event in each crystal and second scanning data with the energy value exceeding a preset first energy threshold are recognized from acquired PET scanned data, as foreach group of first scanned data, first single-event data matched with the first scanned data are found out of the second scanned data, coincidence event data recovered by Compton scattering events in crystals are obtained according to the first scanned data and first single-event data matched with the first scanned data, and image reconstruction is performed according to data corresponding to coincidence events in the second scanned data and coincidence event data recovered by the Compton scattering events in crystals to obtain reconstructed images. The Compton scattering events in crystalsare recovered into coincidence events, the counting rate of coincidence events in regions of interest is increased, and the system sensitivity is improved.
