The website domain name resolution record processing method comprises the steps of setting domain name resolution records for at least one website, wherein the domain name resolution record corresponding to each website comprises at least two kinds of AAA recordsand CNAME records; receiving a domain name resolution record query request about the website from a client, wherein the domain name resolution record query request is a query request of an IPv6 useror a query request of an IPv4 user; according to the domain name resolution record query request, calling a domain name resolution record of a corresponding type of the queried website as a target resolution record; and sending the target analysis record to the client. According to the method, different CNAME records and AAAA records can be intelligently allocated to the IPv4 user and the IPv6 user at the same time, so that access faults can be avoided, and the success rate of website access is increased.
