The output end of the switch device is connected with the input end of the output filter circuit. The outputend of the output filter circuit is connected with the LED load. The input end of the signal sampling module is connected with the LED load. The output end of the signal sampling module is connected with the input end of the PWM control module, the output end of the PWM control module is connected with the switch device, and the output filter circuit modulates an output frequency to above 100 Hz and modulates a duty ratio to 20%-80% under a condition that instantaneous output power is not changed.
