Abstract

The researches show that excessive in-vitro long-term subculture can cause aging of stem cells and reduction of multidirectional differentiation capacity, and the treatment effect on diseases is greatly reduced. The pullulan can reduce the aging degree of the human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells, but does not obviously influence thestem cell characteristics of the human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells and does not influence the multidirectional differentiation capacity of the human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells. Therefore, pullulan with effective concentration can be added into a human amniotic mesenchymal stem cell culture medium to prepare the culture medium for resisting aging of the human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells.
