Abstract

The invention relates to a wind power fluctuation quality evaluation method based on a waveform similarity theory. A wind power fluctuation quality factor reflects whether each wind power plant can effectively track load fluctuation or not, can reflect the value of wind power, and can serve as a reference for system wind power acceptance cost apportionment. The method introduces the waveform similarity theory and comprises the following steps: firstly, performing equal-electric-quantity sequential load equivalent transformation on the output of each wind power plant, and taking an equivalent transformation curve as a reference for calculating the wind power fluctuation quality factor; secondly, measuring the fluctuation integrity difference between an actual output curve and an equivalentoutput curve of the wind power plant by using a waveform similarity method, considering the influence of the installed capacity of the wind power plant, and determining the wind power fluctuation quality factor of each wind power plant. The method can reasonably evaluate the output fluctuation quality of the wind power plants.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of power systems, in particular to a method for evaluating wind power fluctuation quality based on waveform similarity theory. Background technique [0002] Wind power does not consume fuel in the production process, which is conducive to energy saving and emission reduction. However, wind power output has significant fluctuations and uncertainties. With the continuous expansion of wind power installed capacity, the impact of wind power grid integration on power system operation is becoming more and more obvious. When wind power is connected to the grid on a large scale, due to the existence of wind power volatility, other adjustable conventional units in the system need to start and stop frequently and adjust output to ensure the balance of power supply and demand in the system. Additional costs will be required for the system to provide support for wind power grid integration. At present, a large number ...
